When contracting ARKUS, LLC services, the necessary documents will be issued for the receipt of the amounts charged for the services, as agreed upon. The corresponding invoice will be issued and processed by a management system chosen by ARKUS, LLC and will be sent electronically to the contractor’s email address, either by one of our employees or directly from the server of the contracted management system.

As a courtesy of ARKUS, LLC, different methods may be offered for settling invoices, including Zelle, ACH Transfer, Credit Card or Debit Card payments, or any other payment method deemed valid by ARKUS, LLC and regulated by the laws of the United States. It is important to note that payments made by Credit Card or Debit Card are processed by online payment companies that assist us in receiving the payments, facilitating management. Cancellations are applicable and assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you request the cancellation of a product and return it, you will receive a refund in the same form of payment you used to purchase it. If you request the cancellation of a service and it has not been provided, you will receive a refund in the same form of payment you used to pay for it. If the service has been partially provided up to the date of the cancellation request, the refund will be partial and proportional to the service delivered. This will be assessed by ARKUS, LLC, and you will receive the refund in the same form of payment you used to pay for it. If the service has been fully provided, no refunds will be issued. Our team always records and documents the entire delivery process via email, WhatsApp, or any other lawful means to ensure and prove the provision of services and deliveries as contracted.
